Activity 2: Endangered animals (Using mixbook)

- Level: Elementary.

- Grammar focus: be , have/has got, can/can’t, present simple to talk about facts.

- Vocabulary related to the topic.

Ss in groups of four will create a photo book or album about an endangered animal of their choice; we have been dealing with the topic in class for about two weeks.   To the photos and images Ss will get from the Net, they’ll add some text related to: description, habitat, population, food, abilities and special characteristics.

How to use the website:

1.      Click on: http://www.mixbook.com/ and select the size of your book.

                      
                                                                                                        

 

2.      Choose  a theme and upload the photos/images you are planning to use.

                        

                           

                       

3.      Select the background you like most and drop the photos in the places you prefer.

4.      Add some text related to the animal's description, habitat, abilities, food and special characteristics.
